Right Arrow Legal Welcomes Veteran Tech Attorney, Lauren Wilk; Unveils New Brand and Website

BOSTON, MASSACHUSETTS, Oct. 16, 2024 – Right Arrow Legal, a provider of flexible, cost-effective, outsourced in-house counsel to top technology companies, announced today that Lauren Wilk has joined the firm as Senior Counsel. In this role, Lauren will be partnering with the in-house legal teams of Right Arrow Legal clients to advise on a range of issues and to work directly with stakeholders across the client organizations.

Ms. Wilk has spent ​nearly a decade as in-house legal counsel at technology companies based in greater Boston. Most recently, Ms. Wilk served as Managing Counsel at Snyk, a global developer-oriented cybersecurity company. Previously, Ms. Wilk held senior legal positions at two other software-as-a-service (SaaS) companies. Ms. Wilk advises stakeholders and company leadership by implementing proactive, practical, and scalable solutions to legal risk across the business, including legal operations, technology transactions, data protection, government contracting, claims and controversies, marketing, and general corporate matters. Ms. Wilk received her J.D. from Suffolk University Law School and her MSc in Technology Leadership from Brown University.
